Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, your treatment will end on time as not to inconvenience our next guest.

Cancellations

Our time is valuable not only to us, but to other clients. Please respect this and give the required notice of cancellation. We require 4 hours notice on all single services, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of your full treatment charges will apply. For all packages we require 24 hours notice or 100% of the service price will be charged to your credit card. All “no shows” will be charged at full price. Credit card details are required to secure booking for services longer than 1 hour.

Comfort

This is your time, so please give your therapist feedback as to your comfort, amount of massage pressure and any special troubled areas. All our therapists have been trained to drape discreetly to ensure your privacy.

Mobile Phones

To preserve a peaceful experience for all, please turn off your cellphone before arrival.

Gift Vouchers

The ideal gift for any occasion, available for specific services or dollar amount for that special person to choose themselves.

Payment for Services

We accept cash, eftpos and all major credit cards. Prices apply from 1 January 2011 and are subject to change.
