2 Effective Ways to Stretch Your Quads
In the video below, remedial massage therapists Alexa and Mason teach you two different ways to stretch out your quadriceps. One by yourself, and one with a partner. These are two great stretching techniques if you have sore or tight legs after running, squatting or skiing.
Why is Stretching so Important?
During your remedial or sports massage with us, we go deeper into what it is that your body and muscles need in order to release tension and increase your range of motion and mobility – this can include using certain stretches throughout your appointment with us.
Following your massage with us, we’ll often give you a variety of stretches to do at home and our therapists will talk you through ways to maintain and manage any of your ongoing issues at-home in between your massage appointments.
